2026 Jacksonville Beach World Ocean Day Cleanup

2026 Jacksonville Beach World Ocean Day Cleanup

Join the Jacksonville Beach World Ocean Day Cleanup on June 7, 2026

In honor of World Ocean Day, Beach.com invites you to take action and help protect our shores at the Jacksonville Beach Cleanup. Our mission is to inspire travelers and coastal communities to care for the places we love, and this global day of ocean conservation is the perfect opportunity to make a difference.

As we help travelers discover the best coastal stays, we remain committed to preserving the beauty and health of our oceans. Our beach cleanups bring together volunteers, ocean advocates, and community leaders to remove harmful debris and raise awareness about plastic pollution. By joining us, you’ll be part of a movement to keep our beaches clean and our marine life safe—one piece of trash at a time.

Avery Hatfield, with Sisters of the Sea (SOS)
Since 1997, Sisters of the Sea (SOS) has empowered women through surfing, environmental stewardship, and community connection. Based in Jacksonville Beach, SOS brings together women who share a passion for the ocean and conservation through surf meetups, events, and volunteer efforts that build confidence and community. In recognition of World Ocean Day, SOS would be proud to lead a beach cleanup to help remove trash, raise awareness about ocean conservation, and encourage our community to protect the beaches and ocean that bring us together.
