New Smyrna Beach Cleanup
Join the New Smyrna Beach Cleanup on July 7th, 2026
Beach.com invites you to roll up your sleeves and help restore our shoreline after one of the busiest beach weekends of the year. Following the Fourth of July, our beaches often face an influx of litter, from food waste to firework debris, and we’re coming together as a community to make things right.
As we welcome visitors to enjoy our beautiful coastlines, we’re equally committed to protecting them. This cleanup brings together volunteers, ocean advocates, and local partners to remove harmful debris and keep our beaches safe and beautiful. Join us in turning the tide after the holiday and help protect the place we all love, one piece of trash at a time.

Haley Quintieri with The New Smyrna Beach Area Visitors Bureau
The New Smyrna Beach Area Visitors Bureau proudly serves as the official advertising authority for Southeast Volusia, sharing the experiences that make our coastal community so special. Our commitment goes beyond promotion — we’ve adopted a mile of beach and host numerous cleanups each year to help keep our shoreline clean and welcoming. As Florida’s first One Planet Living certified destination, sustainability guides everything we do. We also participate in the Leave No Trace initiative, with our own locally inspired principles that encourage everyone to care for the places they love. Join us this World Ocean Day as we come together to protect and celebrate our beautiful coast.
