Day One

Check-in to your casual yet luxurious accommodation at the all-inclusive St. James’s Club Morgan Bay conveniently located in the capital, Castries. With views and water access of romantic Choc Bay on the Caribbean coast, this resort has four pools, a spa, tennis courts and a dozen on-site places to dine and drink. Call before you arrive to let them know the special occasion, whether a honeymoon or anniversary, for special service and packages.

Head over to Diamond Falls, a serene botanical garden complete with waterfall and mineral baths. Take a long walk among the lush scenery for epic, secluded views. For dinner, keep things easy and head back to your resort where you can sample the Caribbean-inspired fare at the aptly named Tree Tops restaurant which is positioned literally in a tree house. Afterwards, stay for a night cap before turning in for the night.

Day Two

It’s an early wake-up call on day two, but today is filled with adventure. Grab a quick coffee and pastry, and then challenge yourselves with a memorable hike up the side of a volcano. Gros Piston is the larger of the two local volcanic mountains, but makes for a slightly easier hike (you’ll want to save your energy for more fun later on).

After an afternoon siesta back at the hotel, you’ll be ready for a noteworthy dining experience at the island’s iconic Coal Pot restaurant on Seraphine Road. At this most famous restaurant on the island, you’ll need to be prepared for pricier dishes, but the fresh, creative, and elegant seafood sampled with a view of the water will be worth every penny before you retreat into your honeymoon suite for the night.

Day Three

Either a long walk or a short cab ride from your hotel (just under three miles) you’ll find one of the most delightful open-air markets of the Caribbean. The Castries Market and Vendor’s Arcade is more than 100 years old, and has been providing the city with fresh food, crafts, art and other little shopping surprises for decades. You can nibble on all the delicious, authentic foods local vendors have to offer instead of a sit-down lunch.

Once you’re happy and full, head home to lounge on the private beach at St. James’s Club Morgan Bay. Here you can order tropical cocktails from your beach lounger, while taking in all of the sunshine and sights. Afterwards, cool off with a dip in the hotel pool, and head to your couples massage (included with the resort’s honeymoon package).

End your last night in St. Lucia with room service on your private balcony overlooking the bay.
