Other water sports at the resort include snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, water aerobics and water polo. For a delectable, second-to-none dining experience, try La Carreta restaurant or, hit La Posada—a more casual buffet—for delicious tacos and more. The private restaurant, for Royal Level guests only, prepares anything you want if you give them a little advance notice.

Nearby Attractions

Swimming with dolphins, zip lining, driving a dune buggy and taking in a sea lion show are less than six miles up the coast at Chankanaab Adventure Beach Park. The park also features snorkeling, diving, nature trails, a tequila factory and,of course, a great beach.

Just a few miles further north is Cozumel’s main city, San Miguel. Stroll the colorful streets and shop for gifts, trinkets, jewelry, silver, apparel and much more. Catch the ferry from San Miguel, and in 45 minutes you’ll be deboarding in the Mayan Riviera’s top tourist city, Playa del Carmen. Playa is famous for its spectacular beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife.
